I take a “you” approach. I want to understand who you are, not just what brings you to therapy. My style is friendly, honest, and sometimes very direct. I won’t just nod along. I’ll gently challenge you when I think it could help, and my clients tell me they appreciate that.
I truly believe in the transformative power of therapy, and while it can be challenging, it can also be so rewarding!
