I offer phone and video sessions to people struggling with relationship challenges or going through an overwhelming life transition. These difficulties can bring about anxiety, hopelessness, and a sense of isolation, but you do not have to face them alone. I want to understand what you are going through, and together, begin to create conditions allowing for change where it would be beneficial. We will determine how to make adversity more manageable, and work toward a sense of competence, relief, and even joy. Taking the first step toward making changes in your life is the beginning of a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

Curiosity and compassion are the guiding principles of my work. I offer talk therapy and somatic techniques for adolescents and adults, providing a holistic approach that treats the entire person. I am trained in EMDR, an innovative technique for processing trauma. I specialize in relational challenges, codependency, anxiety, depression, and life purpose.

I offer teletherapy throughout California and New York. Therapy can be an extremely rewarding investment.
