I have come to describe myself as a "blue-collar" therapist, approaching clients with empathy, good humor, and humility. I value my clients' time and investment in therapy, and find relational work with couples, siblings, parents and children to be extremely productive.
My 4-year postgraduate training in Family and Couples Therapy at the Ackerman Institute supports my focus on relational work for individuals as well as in work with people in relationship with each other. My goal is to help people to live their values and priorities while best handling whatever shows up in their lives.
