Come join me in our upcoming group! We will be reading a chapter a week from the book Set Boundaries, Find Peace. You will learn about boundaries from reading and from each other. You will explore your own experience with boundaries. You will support each other in improving in different areas - romantic relationship, family, children, ourselves, work, and others.
