One of the most challenging steps in making a change is reaching out for help, so I’m glad you’re here. Women I see often tell me that regular talk therapy doesn’t seem to work for them, that they’re “too self aware,” they "feel stuck," and that no matter how hard they try, they find themselves repeating cycles they just can’t seem to get out of. These experiences often impact self-esteem, friendships, relationships, and how one navigates the world- which can be so hard. With the help of EMDR and IFS therapy, I feel confident our work together can unveil a more authentic version of you.
I work with women-identifying individuals using EMDR and IFS-informed therapy to address past traumas, break unhelpful cycles, and uplift self-worth. I specialize in complex and generational trauma work, self-esteem, women's issues, and antagonistic relationships, so I wonder if I can support you in a way that can help you move forward on your journey.
