About

Psychological & Neuropsychological Testing

Psychological Assessment is our "thing." For several years, our staff has focused specifically on providing comprehensive, knowledgeable assessment for a variety of concerns. Our evaluations are strengths-based, meaning that we identify and play up the positive while helping minimize or change what's not working well. People seek our services to help answer questions like: Does my child (or do I) have ADHD? Is my child (or am I) on the autism spectrum? How can I help my child (or myself) succeed academically? Is my child gifted?

Career Counseling & Assessment

Finding and keeping a job these days is tough. Finding and keeping a job that you LIKE is even tougher. We offer career counseling & assessment for individuals in all stages of career development. If you're starting out and have no idea what you "should" do, or if you're 20 years into a career that's lost its magic, we can likely help you find your way. We use standardized assessment instruments, along with compassionate support, to guide you toward clarity in your career search.

Counseling

Research says that client motivation and the relationship between yourself and your counselor play a huge role in the counseling process. If you bring the motivation, we'll bring a safe atmosphere to do your work. As doctoral-level Psychologists, we've got the training and knowledge of several relevant treatment approaches to offer something that fits for almost everyone. As people, you can trust that we are compassionate, humorous, and down to earth - there's no "distant therapist" mentality here. We'll engage with you, collaborate with you to help identify goals, and keep you accountable. Concerns we often help with include anxiety (social anxiety, panic, worrying), depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. Individuals also come to us for ADHD coaching and social skills training for adults on the autism spectrum.
