Most of my clients are seeking to feel better, to accept themselves, to feel empowered, and to truly enjoy their lives. I am licensed in OR and CA. I utilize a holistic approach to healing that addresses people on all levels (body, mind and soul). I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to explore your feelings and develop a stronger relationship with yourself. I have clients ranging from age 13 to 81 including men and women.
I have over 14 years of experience treating depression, medical trauma, invisible illness such as autoimmune disorders, anxiety, life transitions such as going off to college, divorce, career transition or job loss and grief.
I utilize a variety of psychological theories incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Brainspotting. We work together to formulate your therapy goals. I offer coping skills in sessions that you can practice at home and sometimes give homework. My goal is always to reduce distressing symptoms and improve overall functioning.
