In this space, you are safe to embrace every piece of you. I am passionate about serving clients from a trauma-informed and social justice stance. I love working with diverse clients. I love working with individuals with autism and other disabilities, affirm the LGBTQIA+ community, and identify with religious deconstruction and spirituality. Additionally, after years of working in the aviation industry, I saw a need for specific mental health care for aviation professionals. I am passionate about increasing accessibility for mental health care in aviation, including working with the boundary pilots face with FAA Item 47.
I am drawn to a humanistic view of therapy and focus on you as a singular human with unique and complex experiences. I embrace more Non-traditional therapeutic techniques. I love incorporating creative arts, mindfulness, and tools specific to each client.
