As a 2nd Generation Ilokano American woman and mother, I come with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by Filipino women raised in immigrant families. My approach blends cultural sensitivity with body based therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, Brainspotting and spiritual concepts from Filipino culture and transpersonal psychology.
At this time, I offer trauma healing intensives that are 3-4 hr sessions designed to support you in developing an understanding of how trauma affects your present relationships and sense of self. We'll focus on healing your inner child, reclaiming your voice and releasing shame, guilt, and self-blame so that you can start living a life with more peace.
