Hi! I’m a very supportive and empathetic therapist with 5 years of experience. I am committed to providing you a safe space where your feelings will be validated and your experiences acknowledged. I am very understanding and non-judgmental. I am very skilled at teaching coping mechanisms and self care as well as emotional resilience which is so needed in this trying time. I will provide you with therapeutic guidance until you are at the point where you have achieved emotional wellness, healthy self awareness and have improved at cultivating the healthy relationships you need.
I am deeply empathetic, understanding and committed to my knowledge regarding treatment of harshly debilitating mood disorders like depression and anxiety or personality disorders such as borderline and avoidant personality disorder. I also specialize in existential crises and am LGBTQ affirming. Find more of the conditions I treat below.
You'll have an enlightening journey with me as I kindly and gently lead you through the journey of healing. I know it’s hard to open up in therapy so I make it as easy as possible.
