Finding your way through a difficult time or along the path of emotional healing isn’t easy. And going it alone is becoming too much. Some part of you that wants things to be better knows it’s time—time for deep inner healing, to feel more self-compassion, to better understand yourself, to relate with more dignity. I want to help you make the changes life is calling you to make and experience yourself and your relationships with more wholeness.
Your coping patterns served you well—at some point they got you through tough and painful times. But now they keep you from authentic living. Through the use of body awareness and mindfulness we will deeply study how you experience yourself, others, and the world. From this study you learn to live and relate feeling more congruent and more confident.
My style is warm and genuine. I work with adults and couples from an integrative, experiential approach, incorporating somatic, emotional, and cognitive awareness along with practical behavioral change. Therapy is an investment in yourself and your relationships. Contact me, and together we can decide if my approach is a good fit.
