Through the use of body awareness and mindfulness we will deeply study how you experience yourself, others, and the world. From this study you learn to live and relate feeling more congruent and more confident.
My style is warm and genuine. I work with adults and couples from an integrative, experiential approach, incorporating somatic, emotional, and cognitive awareness along with practical behavioral change.
