About
I work with individuals, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, identity issues, relationship conflicts, trauma and addiction. My warm and collaborative approach helps clients reflect on their emotional, relational, and behavioral patterns which help them survive. I collaboratively explore these patterns as a means of creating purpose and empowerment, while bringing about healthier ways of relating to others, the world and oneself.
I am a EMDR Certified Therapist specializing in the treatment of PTSD and addiction. I also have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), 12-Step Facilitation, Ego State, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). I have a background in Existential and Jungian therapy.
I believe that one of the greatest human pursuits is to "know thyself." I want to help everyone gain a deeper understanding of the beauty, mystery and power that lies within each human person.
