Supporting you on your path towards wellness is my goal. Are you an adult who may be successful in most areas of life, but may find yourself struggling with the many complicated and stressful challenges in life? Is it harder to recognize and experience joy because of these challenges? I am a licensed clinical independent social worker, and have been practicing in the field since the early 2000s. Areas of special interests include adults with depressive symptoms, adjustment/anxiety struggles, those seeking stress reduction, caretaker burnout, grief and loss, women's issues, and students in higher ed/pursing advanced degrees. I use an integrative approach, incorporating evidenced based interventions from a variety of therapeutic modalities.
