I am gifted in working with children, teens and adults especially those struggling with grief, trauma, parental separations, and anxiety. I believe kids/people are resilient in dealing with these events if given the opportunity to do so. Children/teens often just need the unencumbered help of an empathetic adult, I offer this through play therapy sessions. I also work with adults in navigating issues such as anger, grief, parenting, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

For many of us life brings about unexpected changes and loss. In the midst of change we often find ourselves struggling to sleep, eat or make the healthy choices we wish we would. We may find ourselves shutting down, numbing out or we keep busy, never slowing down. We try everything within our strength to ignore, run from or avoid our pain. What would happen if we stopped, found a safe person, in a safe space to turn and face our pain and begin to heal?

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to promoting holistic mental health and relational well-being. I bring a unique blend of expertise to my practice with specialized certifications in integrative health, Neurofeedback and the Prepare Enrich Marriage Program.
