Welcome, my name is Gabby and it's an honor to have you here. I'm a heart-centered therapist who specializes in somatic psychotherapy for women, young adults, and men interested in body-oriented psychotherapy or spirituality. I help people connect more deeply with themselves on an emotional, physical, and often, spiritual level through attuning to their emotional worlds, attending to what's asking for care, and guiding them into greater relationship with their innate wisdom and strengths.
My approach is a unique blend of mindfulness-based cognitive processing, polyvagal-informed tools for nervous system regulation, and "parts" work that creates distance from conditioning that leaves people stuck, while also fostering intimacy with the parts that need healing.
My mission is that you walk away from our time feeling more calm, connected to your needs, and empowered to take the necessary steps forward to feel more ease and fulfillment your life. I'm not here to "fix" you, I'm here to support you through this season with care for who you are, how you feel, and what's needed for internal movement and lasting change.
