I'm a open-hearted therapist with over eight years of experience helping individuals alchemize their self-limiting narratives and behaviors. I support people experiencing overwhelming emotions and/or grief, relationship challenges, work/school stress, difficult life transitions, mind-body disconnection, or just feeling stuck and wanting somewhere to land/process what's going on. My education is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Holistic Studies and Expressive Arts Therapies. I'm an eclectic therapist that primarily pulls from experiential/somatic, relational, and emotionally-focused psychotherapies.
During sessions, my priority is that you feel seen, heard, and safe (I will check in about this); That you have increased awareness of, and space from, the conditioning that blocks you from your humanness and feeling fulfilled/whole; And, that you connect more with your body as a source of self-regulation, insight, and resilience.
While I specialize in working with women, I also enjoy working with young adults and men who have an interest in body-oriented psychotherapy and/or spirituality. If you'd like any additional information about my practice or want to connect for a free consultation, please don't hesitate to reach out (text is the best way to reach me).
