My name is Katy, and I am an LGBTQAI+ affirming counselor who enjoys mixing music therapy with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to create a non-judgmental safe space to support you in reaching your goals. I specialize in working with pre-teens/teens (age 12-18), adults, families, and relationships (All relationship styles are safe and welcome! I specialize in working with young adults and adults experiencing difficult life transitions, anxiety, depression, overwhelming and difficulty regulating emotions, relational concerns, and helping build confidence and self-esteem. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and keeping up with demands can feel like a constant uphill trek. I aim to help clients feel excited and passionate about life and to face challenges with confidence.

Gabriel understands that life can be challenging and that we sometimes need guidance and support to reach places where we desire to be. He believes that we are essentially like homes with many parts. We are filled with bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms and many areas that we do not see, yet experience. We have walls that serve purpose and doors that give us access to new rooms and like the plumbing supplying water to our homes, pressure can bust pipes.
