I help adults (18+) heal from anxiety, panic, and trauma using EMDR, Brainspotting, and other proven methods. Many people feel stuck in “fight or flight” mode—together, we work to calm the nervous system so you can move beyond coping and start truly healing.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals—from Special Forces veterans to librarians. Healing is possible. You can regain a sense of calm, reclaim restful sleep, and reconnect with life in a meaningful way.. Sometimes, reaching out is the hardest step.
