My typical client feels drained at the end of each day due to anxiety or trauma. Trying to appear “normal” can be a full time job if your mind is constantly racing and you haven’t had a good night’s sleep in a long time. Maybe you are tired of overreacting to those around you or you think you just have to live with the trauma of past events.
I specialize in helping adults (age 16 and up) suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, and trauma using EMDR, Brainspotting, and other evidence based approaches. It’s likely your brain is in “fight or flight” mode and needs help to calm down. Our goal is healing trauma not reframing your past or just helping you cope.
