My counseling approach is created from a multicultural lens, which specializes in identity development, mood disorders, emotional regulation, substance abuse/ addiction, self-esteem, trauma related issues such as childhood abuse, neglect and or domestic violence for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) and LGBTQ+ individuals.
