Welcome to my website! I am so glad you stopped by! Has life become overwhelming? I can help! I became a therapist to help others live a fuller, happier life. My years as Marriage and Family Therapist, help me provide you with the skills you need to ease your emotional pain, build better relationships, and change your life for the better. I am spiritual, empathetic and openminded and my practice is based on connection, body and mind awareness, empathy, deep understanding and compassion. My practice is body centered and body positive.
I use an eclectic mix of psychotherapy. I am a very seasoned psychotherapist. I have been helping clients for 30 years. I am trained in Jungian, dream analysis and modern methods including DBT, Maudsley, Body positivity, social justice, trauma informed therapy, intuitive eating, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I can help you live a more meaningful life.
I view therapy as a sacred healing process built on trust, acceptance, and deep understanding. My style is creative, warm, non-judgmental, empathetic, engaging, compassionate and honest. I combine a nurturing, and supportive approach with the practical skills I have gained in 34 years of training and experience.
