Therapy is a safe place to be yourself. I work with adults, teens, and couples on learning how to identify their feelings and needs and how to get those needs met. The therapeutic relationship is one aspect of therapy that will help you in learning about yourself, will allow you to feel safe enough to face your inner fears and uncertainties, and help you to grow into the person you want to be. If you are dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship conflicts, unhealthy communication, anger, and/or domestic violence, then it is possible that I will be able to help you with your own self-exploration.
