I help individuals, couples and families improve communication, increase assertiveness, implement appropriate boundaries, and increase confidence and healthy self-love. I'm EMDR qualified, BRT certified, and MRT certified. I utilize an exciting, dynamic and interactive approach to healing the whole person. I'll coach you on how to work through real life scenarios to make your life better. I believe we can heal! My ideal clients are willing to do the work to get to the root cause of the problems and live in the solution.
