My work is rooted in the belief that people already have the capacity to heal; my role is to support and accelerate that process. I mainly work with addiction and trauma but see a variety of clients. I partner with my clients to let go of what no longer serves them and intentionally build the person they want to become. Together we cultivate practical skills, emotional resilience, and a clear sense of purpose—so you can meet your needs in adaptive, sustainable ways and rediscover drive, self‑confidence, and inner peace.
I am a solution-focused therapist, who has been in the behavioral health field for 20 years and practicing therapy for over 14 years. Nine of those years was working with recovering addicts. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I will listen to you, empower you, validate you, support you, and maybe even humor you.
