Are you ready to move past trauma, mood disorders, or relationship/attachment issues? Struggling with low self-esteem or a lack of identity? Perhaps you keep feeling stuck, like you're just going through the motions? Regardless the issue, you don't want to stay in therapy forever, and my goal is to help you get to the point where you no longer need my help. I work with individuals and couples, helping them tackle challenges with greater compassion and curiosity. Using evidence-backed therapeutic approaches, we'll utilize techniques you can practice outside of sessions, emphasizing attainable goals and long-term integration.
To lean into the more painful parts of your life story takes bravery and a sense of adventure. I'll provide warmth, acceptance and guidance as we navigate the journey ahead. I integrate mindfulness and parts work with somatic and trauma-centered approaches, using a blend of Narrative, Gestalt, Depth, SE, ACT, and attachment-focused interventions.
