Many people seek therapy during seasons of grief, relational strain, religious harm, or major life transitions. I welcome individuals and couples during these times of change. Clients often feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or at a crossroads in life. You may be grieving a loss, questioning long-held beliefs, navigating a significant shift, or feeling distance in an important relationship. Many reach a point where life or relationships no longer feel the way they once did and something needs to change. In therapy we slow things down, explore underlying emotions and patterns, and help you move toward greater clarity and connection.

In our work together, we'll explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Individual sessions often focus on grief, identity shifts (including faith deconstruction), and life transitions while strengthening self-trust and emotional resilience. In couples therapy, we slow reactive cycles and support more open, empathetic communication.
