My approach to therapy is grounded in the principles of behavioral psychotherapy, which emphasizes the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe that understanding and altering maladaptive behavior patterns can lead to significant improvements in emotional well-being and life satisfaction. I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and ACT, tailoring my methods to meet the unique needs of each client.

For this reason, I am a licensed social worker in MA, VT and RI.
