My approach to therapy is that of being strength-based and my goal is to make you your own mental warrior! looking at life and therapy through an existential lens, getting to the root cause of our troubles will release us of your traumas, triggers, and frustrations. Implementing somatic psychotherapy is an approach where the body holds the ability to manage and process stress. The combination of the two will allow an awareness of self and life that is liberating.

I'm Chloe Ragusa, an LCSW based in SoCal. I am an eclectic therapist and use techniques from many different schools of thought to provide care tailored to each of my client's needs. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and am proud to be part of it. I use an eclectic approach to therapy. Each person is a unique and complex blend of emotions and experiences, and I believe the techniques I use should be fitted to the person rather than taking a "one size fits all" approach. I like to let my client set the tone, and weave technique into our session so that the focus is on the person and not the treatment type.
