Something isn't working in your relationship and you're not sure what the solution is. Maybe it's arguments about anything and everything, the aftermath of infidelity, or a growing disconnection. Most of us aren't taught how to navigate adult relationships which can leave us floundering trying to get it right. While this can feel hopeless at times, I deeply believe in our ability to learn, grow, connect, and change. Together, we start with organizing what you're experiencing, we deepen our understanding of it, and ultimately we begin to walk toward a more peaceful, empowered, and authentic life.

In therapy, you will gain insight into and make sense of your current and past relationships. We’ll understand the many ways you manage your life and protect yourself with compassion, curiosity, and confidence. I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating grief, anxiety, life transitions, relational conflict, and the impact of trauma.

It can be hard to get started with someone new and I value the energy we both put into this work. I intentionally work toward creating a space for people of all identities and lived experiences to find safety and comfort in my therapy room. We collaborate at all stages of care, and go at the pace that feels safe for you.
