This first step is hard. I see you. I specialize in working with trauma and relational ruptures throughout the lifetime - this may be a single incident trauma, developmental or attachment trauma, trust violations, communication, intimacy, or emotional overwhelm. I currently have limited telehealth and in-person openings to work with adult individuals and dyadic relationships. I support those who are poly, ENM, kinky, queer, trans, living with HIV, and those who do consensual sex work.
My goal is to show up authentically and equitably. My approach is relational and somatic; heavily rooted in attachment theory. I regularly integrate emotionally focused therapy, EMDR, Gottman, IFS, and somatic approaches. As an eager learner, I am currently a PhD student studying clinical sexology and offering sex therapy.
