I work primarily with adults experiencing OCD, and a wide range of anxiety disorders including Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety and Agoraphobia. I aim to create a non-judgmental, culturally sensitive, supportive therapeutic environment where individuals can learn the skills that allow them to live healthy, productive lives, aligned with their values.
I use a strength-based approach grounded in evidence-based therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
I believe counseling works best when we are able to build a trusting, collaborative relationship focused on your needs and goals. I strive to create a therapeutic space, whether online or in person, where clients feel safe to be themselves fully and experience the positive impact of being seen and accepted as we are.
