Trauma is complex and affects the mind and body. When children and teens are exposed to a traumatic event or chronic trauma, their bodies’ endure toxic stress. Often children and teens are unable to communicate their complex emotions and thoughts due to the inability to comprehend their experience. Trauma resolution is a specialty of mine, I have extensive training in this complex area of Therapy. I also work with anxiety, depression and Couples issues. I offer Individual Counseling, Customized Intensive Workshop's and hold a long standing Women's group. The group holds eight women and has been ongoing for several years. Alex Levitan is the lead Psychologist and Clinical Director of Levitan & Associates Psychological Services where he is responsible for organizing and overseeing all providers and programs within the agency.
