Are you wanting to stop the cycle of getting involved in unhealthy relationships? I can help work through that and increase your self-esteem. Are you tired of setting goals and waiting for the motivation to spark within you? I can help ignite that fire for you. Are you feeling alone and scared to take that next step, but know that you need to? I can walk with you, at your pace, to achieve the goals you want. I enjoy working together to help you become the best version of you possible.
I have completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) & Mindfulness. I use a trauma informed view on all therapeutic techniques, incorporating your personal strengths and resources. I utilize client centered techniques that allows you to feel in control of your therapy sessions.
Trauma comes in such a diverse range of experiences, which is why we sometimes are unaware of how it can affect us. Our own trauma can shape the way we view others, the world and ourselves. I am passionate about helping you work through any previous traumas to help you achieve your goals and dreams. Taking the first step can be the hardest, I'm here to help!
