About
I do well with individuals who are wanting more freedom and satisfaction in their lives. I know that most people do not know what to do or what is causing the pain in their lives. People need someone they feel comfortable with to assist them in identifying what is the cause of their suffering. I know how confusing and hopeless it can be to try to figure out what is wrong and how to "fix it". I provide a safe, comfortable environment where individuals can learn the skills necessary to transform patterns of confusion and suffering to peace and contentment.
I teach skills and approaches which replace struggling to stop the pain of depression and anxiety. I help my clients discover that experiential, not "thinking about", makes a difference in how they really change their perspective on these difficulties.
I am able to focus in on what people are wanting to say. I assist individuals in learning how to de-escalate conflict and come to resolutions. I teach how to be open to listening to other's perspectives, share differing viewpoints, and overall eliminate unnecessary stress, arguing and power struggles.
