As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, my therapy & coaching style is warm, genuine, empathic & tailored to meet a client's individual needs. I specialize in treating adults in their 20's, 30's & 40's & the challenges unique to these stages of life. I work with motivated folks who are outwardly successful, yet inwardly experience challenges with self image, work, relationships, life circumstances and transitions. I help them to shift habits & patterns, acquire skills & confidence, lead, perform and communicate more effectively, improve mood & emotional intelligence, lessen anxiety & avoidance, & engage more fully in their lives.
Many people come into therapy and coaching feeling stuck and frustrated, wanting something to shift, but unsure of next steps. I use a holistic, strengths based approach to facilitate the change process. We co-create a collaborative relationship in which clients feel seen, supported, challenged and understood as we make progress towards identified goals.
I am able to see NY and VA residents for teletherapy and coaching clients worldwide. Sessions are conducted virtually via a HIPPA compliant platform. Prior to moving my practice online I provided therapy and held an academic appointment at New York Presbyterian-Columbia University Medical Center and established private practices in NYC and VA.
