We have become a society of people who struggle with feelings we were once unfamiliar with. Anxiety, depression, and worry. I have spent much of my career working with individuals in an inpatient setting and through community based clinical programs. I began to see a significant need available private practitioners who accepted insurance and had availability.

Sometimes a sense of depression can be an alert to a spiritual emptiness or exhaustion that does not benefit from being pathologized or vilified as something "wrong" with you. It can signal an opportunity to release yourself from distractions and limitations that do not serve your deeply held values.
