I work with individuals struggling with a variety of issues such as relational difficulties, emotional instability and trauma. My goal is to work holistically and collaboratively with you to move towards a place of healing and well-being.
I use a variety of techniques to help folks move forward in their lives. Some of these include cognitive therapy approaches to help you challenge ineffective thoughts and behavior patterns as well as EMDR to work through trauma and attachment difficulties.
In my free time I enjoy being outside fly fishing, climbing, and skiing.
