Through life’s experiences, I have learned that our pain is never wasted and identify as a wounded healer whose purpose is to live out Isaiah 61:1-3. I seek to connect with my clients in a compassionate way to work collaboratively in the counseling process. I work with women, young adults, couples, families, children, and adolescents. I am passionate about helping children and teenagers express their emotions and understand their own mental health. I understand that it is important to work with the family system as well and incorporate parents and caregivers in the process as needed.

ADHD, emotional intensities, perfectionism, and underachievement are like crashing waves where you feel out of control. Events in your life hanging on into the present. So many things have been tried, for you or your child, yet no change. Those moments of frustration and discouragement continue to grow with no relief. Not knowing what to do makes this time feels discouraging, alone, and without hope. You want relief, a way to make it through, a way to move forward so that life can begin to feel more bearable and less like a struggle.

Prioritizing yourself, and your wellness can be difficult, especially in our turbulent world. I would be honored to help you create a safe space where you can completely be yourself, and accepted for who that is. I am always amazed at the resilience and potential each of my clients have, and I would love to help you tap into that.
