Maybe you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or just not quite like yourself. Or maybe you’re a parent watching your child struggle with big emotions, anxiety, ADHD, behavior, school, friendships, or confidence and wondering how to help. I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults through the hard, messy, and transitional seasons of life. Whether it’s growing up, college, relationships, parenting, career changes, or simply figuring out what comes next, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
My approach is warm, relaxed, and client-centered, with a focus on connection, emotional regulation, self-understanding, and growth. I tailor therapy to each person and draw from a variety of approaches. With children and teens, I also incorporate developmentally appropriate play, sand, and creative interventions and collaborate with parents and schools.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, whether you’re looking for yourself or your child. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting. My goal is to offer a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, understood without judgment, and supported while also being gently challenged to grow.
