I am a very energetic and enthusiastic counselor who is passionate about helping CHILDERN/ADOLESCENTS with a variety of issues. I believe that it is important to build a trusting relationship with children and families in order to provide a safe place for them to open up about their struggles and begin making changes in order to heal. I also feel it is essential to encourage and empower my clients by recognizing and utilizing individual strengths. It is my goal to help clients feel comfortable with counseling as well as to facilitate quick changes.

Throughout my 20-year career in the mental health field, I’ve worked with individuals, youth, and families to navigate challenging times and find healing. With a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and experience working in various settings such as mental health facilities, residential shelters, schools, and nonprofit organizations, and private practice. I specialize in addressing a wide range of mental health and systemic issues. I specialize in working with at-risk youth, parent-child relationships, narcissistic abuse, including parental alienation, divorce, and couples.
