Join us on a 30 week journey with our closed group to both support one another and learn how to heal the trauma that occurred whether it was recent or years ago. Create boundaries with consequences. Manage triggers and flooding. Articulate your needs and learn to communicate effectively. Practice creating a safe space to promote honesty and transparency in the relationship.
