I help by treating the SOURCE of what you are facing. The source is a ‘root cause’ or a ‘seed’ of how it started. Examples of the source include things that happened to you as a child, a current situation, or negative thinking patterns that you may have.
Treating the source is a process we will work through in a way that is personal to you, and not cookie-cutter, utilizing various techniques and theories. I am passionate about what I do, partly, because I was a counseling client, and it’s part of what inspired me to become a counselor.
Even if a faith approach is not what you want, we can still begin your journey, and while I am a Christian counselor, I will not impose my faith, psychology or anything on you, as I meet you where you are in life and go from there to meet your needs and goals...I look forward to working with you!
