Dr. Antonio Roman an Adult and Geriatric Psychiatrist has served the Dallas, Texas community since 1998. Dr. Roman's scope of practice includes Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Adult Attention Deficit Disorder, Alzheimer's Disease and Psychiatric Complications of Dementia. Dr. Roman's treatment modality includes psychotropic medication and supportive psychotherapy. Dr. Roman's therapeutic style combines compassion, encouragement and humor.

Dr. Siegele will meet with you for a one-hour initial consultation to gather a comprehensive psychiatric, medical and social assessment. He will then work with you to determine a preliminary treatment plan using evidence-based treatment, encompassing both medications and therapy. Some patients may require a longer period of assessment as Dr. Siegele reviews previous treatment records, collaborates with family members or visits with you to gather more of your history. Dr. Siegele strongly believes in a collaborative doctor-patient alliance and he will work with you to find the best treatment plan for your specialized needs.

Nelson Kwowi, PMHNP- Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in Psychiatry to serve pediatric, adolescent, and adult clients with mental health conditions. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Arlington and worked at JPS Hospital’s Department of Emergency Psychiatry for 5+ years. He then completed his Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Nelson has worked with clients experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, Schizophrenia, and addiction disorders. He focuses on providing compassionate and supportive care.
