Santé's Intensive Outpatient Program is structured in 3 phases. Our philosophy is that the length of our program is dependent on goals achieved. Thus, some finish treatment in 16 weeks while others take a little longer. Phase One consists of 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks. Phase Two consists of 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks where different assignments & increase expectations around recovery behaviors are given. Phase Three consists of 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks. Our 16-week program includes group & individual therapy sessions spread through all the phases. Program completion dates & phases are individualized.

I am a compassionate dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner treating patients over lifespan, child, adolescent/teen, adult and geriatric. I like to meet you where you are. Each person has their own unique needs and background and, that is where I start. By using medications and non-med options, my patients have a variety of treatment modalities to choose from.

Alina Naik, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, has worked in a variety of health settings, including acute care, psychiatry and neurology. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin, with a certificate in Public Health. She then received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, specializing as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Alina is passionate about equity and treats every client with empathy and understanding. Her approach to treatment utilizes culturally-competent, patient-centered care to promote optimal healing.

Doris Cudjoe is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has over 12 years of critical care and psychiatric nursing experience, and has worked for non-profit organizations as well as the federal government. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Masters of Science in Nursing from University of Texas. Doris treats every patient as the unique individual they are. She is compassionate in her care and she pays attention to detail. Doris practices patient and family-centered care. She is married and has 3 beautiful daughters.

He holds a BA - Biology from The University of Texas - Austin, and an MD from The University of Texas Medical School - Houston. He did his internship in Family Practice at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Subsequently, he completed residence n General and Child Psychiatry at UTHCSC-Houston. He is Boarded Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

The Timothy Center is a collaborative group of therapists and medication providers founded in 2001 by Dr. Jimmy Myers, offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy as well as medication management. We are dedicated to individual assessment and treatment, and we are pleased to be able to accept many insurance plans. While we strongly believe in therapy, life-style, and environmental changes, we also believe that medication may be helpful, and is sometimes needed, for people to achieve remission of symptoms.

Bridget N. Shu, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a background as a certified medical assistant. She developed a holistic approach to patient care during her nursing career, leading to a bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University Utah. With experience in medical and psychiatry hospitals, she recognized the impact of mental health on daily lives and relationships. Mrs. Shu furthered her education with a master’s in nursing specializing in Mental Health from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, TX

I have over 23 years of experience with mental health issues. I am certified in both Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. I strive to treat all aspects of my patient's life, including exercise and nutrition in addition to counseling and medication. My goal is to empower patients to take the best care of themselves.

Njideka (NJ) Domrufus is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Advance Practice Nurse (APN) with a dual board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with years of clinical experience in treating psychiatric disorders and specializes in treating major depression, substance use disorders, eating disorders, mood disorder, anxiety disorder, OCD, PTSD and ADHD.

Mr. Victor Lee Ilog is a nationally credentialed and double board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Mr. Ilog holds advanced training as a nationally recognized Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. He also specializes in addiction medicine, treatment-resistant depression, intellectual disabilities (IDD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD), insomnia, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. He holds additional specialization as a DEA-certified Suboxone provider. Mr. Ilog. has served individuals and families for over seventeen years.
