Do you seek deep healing without pressing pause on your life? InnerSpace is an intensive outpatient program designed in an 8-week cycle. Our treatment methods help you find wellness while keeping you out of the hospital. With an interdisciplinary approach, InnerSpace combines therapeutic and psychiatric modalities. We specialize in treating mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD and learning disorders, and various forms of addiction. Group sessions occur on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4 pm to 7 pm. The program also includes individual therapy, individual psychiatry sessions, family sessions, treatment planning, and a feedback session upon completion of the program.

I have been practicing general adult psychiatry since 1997 and have extensive expertise in evaluating and treating individuals of all ages, as well as treating a wide variety of emotional and mental conditions that range from mood/anxiety disorders, substance abuse, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and eating disorders to consulting with clients about grief, trauma, work stress, relationship problems, adoption, legal cases, disability, and other major life changing events. I utilize biopsychosocial approach to mental illness that takes into account each individual's physical health, environment, and psychological experiences throughout their life.

He holds a BA - Biology from The University of Texas - Austin, and an MD from The University of Texas Medical School - Houston. He did his internship in Family Practice at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Subsequently, he completed residence n General and Child Psychiatry at UTHCSC-Houston. He is Boarded Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Rhoda Madamombe is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (MSN, PMHNP-BC) and a member of the American Psychiatric Association. She graduated from Wilkes University and has been in the field of psychiatry since 2004. Rhoda has worked in psychiatric hospitals all her career. She worked for Medical City McKinney for 12 years holding various positions that include staff nurse, charge nurse, clinical supervisor, and nurse manager/PMHNP-BC.

Doris Cudjoe is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has over 12 years of critical care and psychiatric nursing experience, and has worked for non-profit organizations as well as the federal government. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Masters of Science in Nursing from University of Texas. Doris treats every patient as the unique individual they are. She is compassionate in her care and she pays attention to detail. Doris practices patient and family-centered care. She is married and has 3 beautiful daughters.

Karen (often referred to by her trusting patients as Dr. I) is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She has years of nursing experience in a variety of settings in Behavioral health.

Dr. Caroline Tomlinson DNP PMHNP-BC is board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has over 10 years' experience in Psychiatry. Dr. Tomlinson provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management with individualized care for every patient. She treats a wide range of mental health issues such as: Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, PTSD, Addiction and other psychiatric disorders. She also offers one-on-one psychotherapy. Each individual is involved in the formulation of their plan of care
