I have more than 20 years of clinical experience working In academia and private practice. I am a board certified psychiatrist affiliated with Children’s Hospital and I am assistant professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. I am a graduate of Temple University Hospital in adult psychiatry and Children’s Hospital, Boston in adolescent psychiatry. I work with young adult ages 17 and above. I provide medication management in a welcoming and safe environment where your concerns are discussed with an open mind and no judgment. My office is close to the green t line in the Brookline area.

After 24 year of service I retired from the US Army as a MSG / E8 in 2013. I completed both by BSN and MSN from Regis College in Weston, MA and am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My hobbies outside of work are watching the Bruins, Red Sox and Patriots and supporting veterans and veterans causes. Gloria Fallon, PMHCNS-BC is a board certified psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist in the field of Child and Adolescent psychiatry and therapy. Gloria is compassionate, seasoned and knowledgeable about the safe use of psychiatric medications children and adults. She received her Masters in Nursing from the Yale University School of Nursing with an emphasis on women, families, and children in 2001. Her extensive work experience includes a Harvard Fellowship at HVMA (now Atrius), McLean Psychiatric Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance. She currently works in private practice via telehealth as well as the company Lifestance Inc.

I provide person-centered therapy and medication management. I work with individuals with anxiety, depression, life transitions, mood disorders, ADHD, stress, family conflict and more. I strive to develop a genuine therapeutic relationship with each client to ensure I have a good understanding of your concerns and goals. I work with each client to develop a treatment plan with hopes of alleviating distress and helping individuals build their coping skills.

Dr. Hu is a Duke-trained dual-board-certified psychiatrist, specializing in anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) in adults, college students, adolescents and children. She emphasizes 3Cs in her practice- comprehensive, compassionate, evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Exposure-based approaches are one of the essential components, such as exposure and response prevention (ERP) or acceptance commitment therapy (ACT). She supports clients to live fully and freely, who previously were imprisoned by worries, ruminations, sensitivity to rejection, or constant sense of inadequacy.

My treatment focus begins with a comprehensive evaluation with the explicit goal of making an accurate clinical diagnosis.
