Hi I'm Lisa and I am here to help you. I am a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in anxiety and depression. I can offer you both therapy as well as medication management if appropriate. I am here to assist you with any array of symptoms or life experiencing that you may struggling that are disruptive to the quality of life that you want and deserve. I want to walk through this with you. I can offer you the option of in person sessions as well as telehealth conducted on a secure, confidential platform. I provide supportive therapy and medication management, when appropriate, to individuals, couples and families. For individual therapy I provide care for adolescents through adulthood. I use various therapeutic approaches in working with my clients including therapy, Reiki; in person and distant healing and medication mangement to manage life's stressors.
Currently I accept Aetna and Cigna and Private pay. For out of network sessions, I will provide you with a detailed invoice of your appointment for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
