Depression, anxiety, binge-eating can have a direct effect on our weight. We aim to help busy people reach a healthy weight by prioritizing wellness. A secure telemedicine platform is used to complete a comprehensive evaluation of your history of weight gain, triggers, history of eating disorders, depression, anxiety, sleep issues, eating habits and more. Obesity is a disease & we work diligently to help address all of the causes of weight gain while prioritizing your complete wellness. Lifestyle modifications, anti-obesity medications, healthy eating plans, therapy, & meal replacements are offered as needed.

I collaborate with teenagers, adults and older adults to work through a wide range of difficulties that are a part of the human experience: mood and anxiety related concerns, sleep difficulties, life transitions, identity questions, loss and grief, social anxiety, PTSD or traumatic events. I am in the credentialing process and as of 4/29/24 am in-network with Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Virtual Network.
