I work with adults over 18, through a wide range of difficulties that are a part of the human experience: mood and anxiety related concerns, sleep difficulties, life transitions, identity questions, loss and grief, social anxiety, PTSD and traumatic events. I am in-network with United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar, Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Virtual Network. I do not currently accept Medicaid or Medicare.

I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I provide psychotherapy services grounded in psychodynamic and attachment theory in addition to medication management for mood and anxiety disorders.
