Amanda is a nationally certified and Colorado licensed physician assistant and medical provider at The Collective. She attended PA school in North Carolina and started her career in emergency medicine in Richmond, VA. Although she loved the fast-paced intensity of emergency medicine, it became clear that ongoing mental health support is critical, not only regarding psychiatric illnesses, but also medical conditions and day to day functioning. She decided to transition to outpatient psychiatry to be part of long-term solutions and management rather than the last line of defense.

Lilian graduated from University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where she earned her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree.

Angela is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. Angela has over 30 years of extensive nursing experience and has worked in a variety of settings including cardiac, acute/clinical dialysis, intensive care, home healthcare-case management services, med-surgical care, oncology care, geriatric long term care services, outpatient surgery, anesthesia assessment clinic, emergency medicine, pain management clinic, inpatient/outpatient psychiatric services, residential mental health care services, crisis stabilization community based care, and substance abuse and mental health.

Through practicing in family medicine, I have realized how much our mental health effects our well-being and found that my true passion is in promoting mental health wellness. I have a special interest in gut health and how our gut microbiome impacts not only our mental health, but our overall wellness. I believe in an integrated approach to behavioral health care that includes nutrition, exercise, meditation, and sleep education.
