I support my clients and help them determine who and what they are able to take responsibility for, change, control, or release. The ultimate goal is for my clients to create lasting Peace, Balance, and Joy in their lives.

Listening without judgment while encouraging is essential to building a healthy and productive therapeutic relationship and ensures I'm able to best support my clients.
