I support individuals and couples in witnessing and making sense of where they feel stuck in relationships and developing more connected relationships with themselves and others. As an Asian-American therapist, my clients appreciate my ability to integrate a culturally sensitive lens in understanding the interplay of cultural and familial dynamics. I also specialize in helping clients navigate grief and loss, and help clients become more comfortable with what shows up.
My practice focuses on delivering attachment-based therapy: Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-Focused EMDR, and relational psychodynamic psychotherapy. I enjoy working with couples to deepen their understanding of one another, gain awareness and insight into distressing relational cycles and strengthen attachment bonds.
My therapeutic style emphasizes genuineness, warmth, and compassion. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, and take an anti-racist/anti-oppressive lens in my work and my personal life.
